In Episodes 11, 12 and 13 of the Take Me To The World Musical Theatre Podcast I do an in-depth analysis of the musical Cabaret. Since this is a series I decided to put theses episodes and their resources in one post. Click on a link to visit that part of the post. Part 1 – A History of the Musical (Episode 11)
Part 2 – Analyzing Act 1 of Cabaret (Episode 12)

For this analysis, I am looking at the 1998 Broadway Revival of Cabaret, although I’ll have resource links to other versions of this musical in the resource section. Episodes 12 and 13 contain major spoilers for Cabaret.

Cabaret (1972 Movie Adaptation)
Cabaret (1993 London Revival). This is a version on YouTube that was professionally recorded. If you can’t see Cabaret live on stage this version is the closer to the 1998 revival than the 1972 movie adaptation.
